Our promise
If Nex flags something wrong, or misses a required field it should have caught, we'll help you correct it and re-check your form at no charge. We can't promise how USCIS will decide - no one honestly can - but we stand behind the check itself.
The fine print
- The promise applies to fields within a form we support.
- It does not cover how USCIS decides your case, government filing fees, or information you did not enter.
- A re-check means we help you correct the flagged issue and run Flag Check again - it is not a refund of USCIS fees or a promise of approval.
